Refund Policy

At Animacces, we pay particular attention to the quality of our products. However, if an item does not suit you, you have the right to withdraw.

Return period

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Not have been washed or damaged

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Products returned that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

Indicate your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for the return.

Unless there is an error on our part, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned items, we will proceed with the refund within 5 to 10 business days, via the same payment method used during the order.

Exchanges are not currently offered.
